What kind of design do you do ?…I have no idea what to get ?!

Inspiration can come from anything. If you’re struggling, just tell us know the theme or subject of the artwork and we will recommend the best possible direction for your project. Also, you could send images/designs that inspire you and we could go from there. 

How much do custom sneakers cost?

Generally, the price of the artwork will range from 500 - 1000+. Every order is unique and your price is quoted according to the complexity of your design choice. Once the concept is decided upon, Freakersneaks will then fit it into your budget! Also i am constantly bringing out shoes which i have created for the public to buy with set price tags. All you have to do is state which size.

What is your return policy?

Every custom order is made specifically for you so there are no returns with the exception of the size being wrong. Im sure once your shoes are received, a refund will be the last thing on your mind.

How long does it take to get a pair of customs?

Usually they will take 6-8 weeks depending on availability of the shoe or complexity of design. Of course certain detailed masterpieces can take longer… good things come to those who wait.

Can i send my own shoes?

Yes you can via USPS. They must be DS (unworn). In general, the the total package is provided for you to ensure the best base shoe is utilized for the chosen project.

Do you ship to Antartica?

Yes ! We ship worldwide so if thats where you are … thats where you’ll get them!
