For years I’ve been a witness and participant in this so called sneaker game. I have watched it evolve, or rather regress to the state it has got today. It seems that we have become mindlessly driven by hype, constantly perpetuated by sports stars and celebrities who are often endorsed, publicly or otherwise, in order to manipulate you into believing you need a particular item to elevate your social status. And at what cost? Enslaving of nations to feed an ever-growing hoard of consumers is surely the definition of immoral. Factories purposely limiting production to initiate a zombie-like frenzy which often ends with blood spill and on occasion, even murder!
Question yourself. Is all this moral? Where is this heading??
